Location and arrival
El Pelícano Apart-Hotel is on Calle Jimi Hendrix in Las Galeras. Its own address describes access via Hotel Villa Serena, but these are separate accommodations. El Pelicano Apartments and El Pelicano Aparthotel refer to this apartment property. Use the Las Galeras transfer zone and send your apartment reference. Confirm the shared driveway and your actual drop-off point with the host before arrival; do not use Villa Serena reception as an assumed final destination.
Meeting your driver at AZS
Send your arrival date, flight number and the name for the pickup sign. After immigration, baggage collection and customs, go to the meeting point in your written confirmation. Report a replacement flight directly to dispatch. Confirm late check-in with the property; the transfer does not arrange room access.
Your return to AZS
For a round trip, enter the return flight date and number. We confirm the hotel pickup time separately, allowing for the route and airline check-in deadline. Be checked out with your luggage at the agreed entrance. A flight after midnight may require pickup the previous evening.
Price and vehicle
The price is for a private vehicle, not per person. Tell us the full party size, luggage and required child seats. Larger groups and unusual access need vehicle confirmation. Your written booking confirmation sets the final itinerary and price.
