Donoma Beach Hotel & Spa and Donoma Beach Resort & Spa are name variants for this property, not separate destinations. Select Las Ballenas and send the full reservation name, especially for a villa stay. Confirm the road entrance and the return meeting point with reception.
Meeting your driver at AZS
Send your arrival date, flight number and the name for the pickup sign. After immigration, baggage collection and customs, go to the meeting point in your written confirmation. Report a replacement flight directly to dispatch. Confirm late check-in with the property; the transfer does not arrange room access.
Your return to AZS
For a round trip, enter the return flight date and number. We confirm the hotel pickup time separately, allowing for the route and airline check-in deadline. Be checked out with your luggage at the agreed entrance. A flight after midnight may require pickup the previous evening.
